22 years working internationally as a Management Consultant and Coach, designing and implementing strategic transformation, brought with it experiences of constant personal change working in various countries and cultures. For the past 8 years I have dedicated 6 months of each year to personal development aiming to design a formula for change that can be used for individuals and organisations.

My explorations led me to re-think the idea that a formula was effective for coaching or for transformation programmes. It was possible but was it effective? My journey worked for me but it wasn’t necessarily a cookie cutter approach. With every training course I questioned how I viewed change. Sustainable change was not centered around processes and reporting systems. If you train and support the people then you have more chance of changing the organisation.

Increasing numbers of people are searching for more than just getting that promotion. They want to be fulfilled in their role and happy in their environment thus providing true value and commitment to the organisation. I decided that to work solely with the mind was to ignore the intuition; that feeling in the pit of your stomach, to ignore the stress that the body holds that can impact decisions. I wanted to explore ways of accessing this and the search got wider.

Coaching courses led to Yoga Teacher Training, which led to body work training. Such was my passion and belief for the body work that I decided to open The Reform Clinic which offers the physical treatments to the general public and corporate clients.

The essence of my offering for Coaching is to have a range of interchangeable techniques that are effective as a package or as stand alone services. After careful consideration and investigation I selected training from the following leaders in their field:

  • John Whittington, London
  • Strozzi Institute, California
  • Hugh Gilbert Organisation, Scotland
  • Psychosynthesis Institute, London
  • Liz Koch, California
  • Deepak Chopra, Perfect Health
  • Banyan Gallagher, Yoga Teacher Training, Costa Rica

I am grateful for these teachings which have allowed me to experience deep personal development and to offer a framework flexible enough to tailor sessions to suit the individual needs of each client.
